This compact sealing unit features a pneumatic cylinder which applies pressure directly to the container neck during the sealing process. It is best suited for packaging that has no screw cap or cap suitable for standard induction sealing. The pneumatic system has an adjustable dwell time for optimum adhesion.

This compact manual Induction Sealing unit has an adjustable head and is suitable for sealing caps ranging in size from 15mm to 120mm. Easy to use with a consistent high efficiency output, it can seal a range of plastic and glass packaging. The unit can be fitted with an optional plug in device which can be used to seal unusual shaped containers or packaging that may not necessarily have a cap.
